ENEJ is an annual event, in a congress format, aimed at young entrepreneurs. In 2021, the event was held in the city of Recife-PE, Brazil, and Agência Shifty was hired to create the event's identity and publicity. The campaign was led by me as an Art Director, with the support of the Creative Team.

The first stage of the project was to design a logo for the 2021 event based on the original event logo. This process of modifying the base logo had already been done in previous events and was something requested by the client. Thus, as the original logo used the colors of the Brazilian flag, we suggest including the colors of the Pernambuco state flag in the color palette. To soften the palette we chose to work with gradients in order to bring out more lively tones and convey the idea of youthfulness.

The original concept and version for the Recife 2021 event can be seen below.

The concept was well received by the client and served as inspiration for the entire campaign. The motto was 'Cores de um novo Brasil' (Colors for a new Brazil), disassociating the event from other political movements that were happening in Brazil at the time using the national flag colors.
To create the graphic elements used in the campaign pieces, we chose to use the triangle shape as inspiration for patterns and elements, since the logo already featured the triangle as a prominent element. So we developed some patterns that you can see below.
With all the visual development approved, our team proceeded with the production of materials requested by the client, such as institutional material, products and gifts for the event and social media cards. Some of the products that were produced can be seen below along with some of the cards for social media.
The event publicity campaign lasted 5 months with daily production of around 30 to 40 graphic pieces, including but not limited to mockups, final arts and social media cards. All drawings, illustrations and montages were produced by me (with support of stock graphics) and approved by the Creative Directors.
